Recipe 2: Friday night cauliflower

Here comes the recipe for quick paleo dinner based on one of the brainiest vegetables out there. I like it as it so simple and you can hardly spoil it. The original recipe come from paleomom. Thanks, mama.


  • 1-2 cauliflowers
  • 1 garlic
  • 50 g butter
  • lemon zest
  • pinch of ground pepper
  • pinch of salt


Wash cauliflower and separate it. Put florets in the baking dish. Then melt butter and use it to bathe florets properly. Add garlic, lemon zest, pepper and salt and bake in preheated oven at 200 °C until roasted enough, which should take about half an hour.

Dont mess with cauliflower king!
